Welcome

To ensure that all Florida – Georgia Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (FGLSAMP) participants have an academic support system that provides the counseling, mentoring, tutoring and shadowing service needed to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The primary focus of FGLSAMP is to increase the number of baccalaureate degrees granted to underrepresented students in the SEM disciplines.

Louis Stokes Former U.S. congressman Louis Stokes was the featured speaker at the Commonwealth Fund/Harvard University Fellowship in Minority Health Policy leadership forum on Feb. 12.
